    • We require a non-refundable deposit at booking, which is 50% of your service cost.

    • Cancellation within 90 days of event date is a 100% charge of services for the day of the event. 

    • Your date can be rescheduled once without penalty. 

  • Yes! We actually recommend a trial for all brides at least 6 months prior to the event date.

  • You should schedule your wedding makeup trial three to six months before your wedding. This will allow you to complete your look while still having enough time to make adjustments, but it also gives you padding in case you need a second trial. Booking early also ensures you secure your preferred makeup artist.

  • We can accommodate up to 6-8 people per party, depending on start times. If you prefer not to start at the recommended time, then we can only manage 6 people with just one make-up artist.

  • We can recreate looks with our greatest ability, but we ask the client to understand that their inspo pictures are usually of a face that does not match their characteristics. Certain inspos will not turn out the way their picture looks. Our professional skills are based on techniques learned for each facial feature.
